ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Chervin Silbermann Agency by International Creative Management Inc. (ICM) in the U.S. The acquisition is the first deal entered by ICM since its receipt of the $100 million cash infusion from investors. Moreover, the deal will benefit the television business of ICM because of the dominance of the acquired company in television.
