ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) to turn to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for help concerning its dispute with Fox sports network. The NCTC has requested FCC chairman Kevin Martin to enforce the conditions imposed on News Corp. when it purchased DirecTV Inc. The American Cable Association has expressed its support for the NCTC.
