The article reports on the system swaps among cable operators in the U.S. Time Warner has entered into a deal with Adelphia Communications Corp. and Comcast. The deal will benefit Time Warner by increasing its subscriber base in Los Angeles, California. The deal also offers Time Warner and Comcast control of the 58% of U.S. television households.
