ABSTRACT
The article reports on the confidence of home builders industry in the U.S. In a survey of Wells Fargo Bank and National Association of Home Builders, it revealed a 46 percent decrease of builder confidence. Uncertainty of the mentioned industry was due to reduced sales and increased cancellations of eroding affordability.
