ABSTRACT
The article reports on the reorganization made by the U.S. based-Stark Carpet Corp. to its Old World Weavers into Stark Fabric after its acquisition of Fonthill Ltd. and Grey Watkins. Under the acquisition, the founders of the companies will remain in the company as directors of design. The two companies were moved in the showrooms of Old World Weavers. John Stark and President Steven Stark said that the movement will offer the company with the creative resources needed to build fabric division.
