ABSTRACT
The article reports that Mitsui Chemicals and Dow Chemical are to cooperate over the development of novel olefin block copolymers (OBC), which are expected to have extensive applications for construction materials, groceries packaging, home appliances, and in the automotive industry. The research agreement between the firms will cover the preparation of new catalyst systems for the production of OBC.
