ABSTRACT
The article reports that five additional countries have signed up to implement third-party verification of Responsible Care. Finland, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Spain are all members of the International Council of Chemical Trade Associations (ICCTA) and have pledged to implement the process by 2009. Meanwhile, the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters has agreed to become a member of ICCTA.
