The article reports on the summer rug market in Atlanta, Georgia. It was participated with fewer exhibitors with moderate amounts of new product and plenty of time to meet customers. It is said that the event did not compensate the hurting retail sales market in the previous months. According to David Mayer, product manager for the Mohawk Home's Mohawk Select line, the market for rug during summer is really slow and downturn is always expected compared to the January events.
