ABSTRACT
The article reports that AT&T launched its Homezone hybrid service in San Antonio and Ohio. Homezone uses existing copper phone lines to deliver a combination of interactive services via AT&T Yahoo high-speed-Internet and Dish Network DBS services. According to Rick Welday, consumer chief marketing officer of AT&T, Homezone combines entertainment that consumers want including TV programming, video-on-demand and Internet content and services.
