ABSTRACT
The article reports on the continued box-office success of Buena Vista International's film "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" worldwide. It has crossed the $200 million barrier abroad and the $500 million barrier worldwide. It was the top-grossing film in Japan, Mexico and Brazil. The other strong films abroad were "Superman Returns" and "Over the Hedge."
