ABSTRACT
The article reports on the takeover bid for Sanctuary Group PLC by the MAMA Group, a media company in London, England. The board of the Sanctuary Group PLC had indicated a willingness to meet with the latter company. As MAMA Group noted a turbulent year and continuous deflation of shareholder value of the Sanctuary Group PLC, it is proposing an all-share offer for the latter company.
