Kitcatt Nohr to buy out minority stake

The article reports that the advertising agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw has bought the 40 percent of its shares owned by the company Mentor Marketing & Investment. The agency's four founders, Paul Kitcatt, Marc Nohr, Vonnie Alexander and Jeremy Shaw, will own more than 90 percent of the agency with the deal. The agency comprised of members such as the former Incorporated Society of British Advertisers director-general and Clarke Hooper founder John Hooper, the former Direct Marketing Association president Colin Lloyd and the Clarke Hooper co-founder Clive Mishon.
