Companies Turn to Outsourcing for HR Software Needs

In the last 10 years, outsourcing various information technology solutions has become a preferable option. It only seems logical that an HR system is outsourced also, whereby a mid-market company receives everything--hardware, software, customization expertise and ongoing support--for one predictable monthly fee.
