ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of research firm Corporate Insight that several financial firms in the U.S. are missing potential clients because their Web sites offer little functionality in foreign language. Clients who are not fluent in English find it hard to navigate the Web sites of U.S. firms. Census Bureau data says that there are around 35 million documented and undocumented immigrants in the U.S. This data should prod companies to redesign their Web sites accordingly.
