AVMs could spell doom for packagers, say experts

Some mortgage packagers may suffer from a loss of revenue as AVM become increasingly accepted by lenders. Professional Mortgage Packagers Alliance operations manager Jon O'Brien warns packagers against relying too heavily on the markup of valuation fees.
