ABSTRACT
The article comments on issues relative to the Pensions White Paper in Great Britain. The paper proposes a national pension scheme into which employees will be enrolled automatically. Silent on the issue of advice however, the paper concentrates on information and endorses the Pensions Commission's view that communication with scheme participants should be designed to enable them to make informed decisions about their saving.
