The article reports on the appointment of Ron Fielding and Dan Loughran as lead portfolio managers of Oppenheimer Funds Inc. for its two new single-state municipal bond mutual funds in the U.S. The new funds are part of a larger expansion of the company's single-state fund offerings. OppenheimerFunds is managing more than $24 billion in municipal bond funds.
