The article reports that the Association of Financial Guaranty Insurers has cautioned on the potential effects of denying Financial Security Assurance Inc. (FSA) its right to sue Stephens Inc. under federal securities fraud laws on the bond insurance market in the U.S. The organization explained that the FSA could sue Stephens Inc. for allegedly failing to disclose key information in bond offering documents and other documents.
