Delphi Preps Steering, Interiors For Auction

The article reports on the decision to sell the steering business of Delphi Corp. through its financial adviser, Rothschild Inc. in the U.S. The adviser had already offered company memorandums and will send teasers to Delphi's prospective buyers such as TRW Automotive Inc. and Koyo Steering Systems USA Inc. David Resnick, head of restructuring at Rothchild, said that the sales are expected several months to complete to give bidders the chance of making preliminary diligence.
