Travel Insight surveys employees about their reward preferences to let incentive decision makers have an idea on what type of trip will motivate their entire sales force. Maritz Travel vice president of marketing, Chris Gaia found out that her sales force preferred more intimate programs like regional events. An insurance firm that spends $40 million on travel incentives has begun using Travel Insight.
