ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the highlights of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards update service, which has a statement related to audit standards No.112. The audit standards No.112 has several communicating internal control related matters, which were identified in an audit. In May 2006, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' and Auditing Standards Board jointly issued the statement of auditing standards. The standard provides guidance and standards to auditors of non-public entities.
