ABSTRACT
The article deals with the outcome of the call of William Kaye, manager of Greater Asian Hedge Fund, to end the bull market in South Korea and the Philippines. Korea's benchmark Kospi index has plummeted since the beginning of May 2006, but it is still up 23% since Kaye recommended shorting it. The Philippine Stock Exchange Index followed a similar trajectory. Kaye admitted that he made some early calls.
