ABSTRACT
The article reports on the current economic status of M&A in the market. It states that private equity firm have as much as $770 billion globally to invest and over the past six months have been grabbing up companies at a breakneck pace, contributing an increasingly large share of overall M&A volume, from 15 percent to 30 percent. The results has been a market with $1.86 trillion in deals that show how hungry buyers are for M&A deal.
