Couche-Tard Strengthens Presence in Gulf Area

The article reports that Circle K Stores Inc., a subsidiary of Couche-Tard Corp., has agreed to purchase 24 stores from Moore Oil Co. in the Monroe region of Louisiana. Mick Parker, vice president, operations, for the division said that these acquisitions would be an excellent fit with the current network in the Northern Louisiana market and would complement the expansion and growth plans in both the Louisiana and Florida-Gulf region. The convenience stores of Moore Oil Co. would be operated under the Stop-n-Save banner.
