The article reports on the team up of Top Shape Fitness and m-Medium.com to produce a series of downloadable adaptive fitness videos targeted at users of mobile media devices in the U.S. The development of adaptive fitness videos came after Peter Morel of Top Shape Fitness, who was born with spina bifida, he realized that one exercise approach does not work for all people based on his own experience when he developed modified exercise routines.
