The article presents a review on the services provided by the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) to its members in the previous years in celebration of their 60th year in the U.S. In 1946, PVA worked to secure passage of a law extending the automobile grant to quadriplegic veterans. During the organization's formative meeting, the delegates passed a number of resolutions calling for improvement or expansion of veteran's benefits. This article presents other measures proposed by the PVA.
