The article reports that Sam Chisholm has resigned from the board of Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd. in Sydney, New South Wales. Chisholm joined the board in September 2004 and in 2005 was recruited as interim executive of Nine Network. He was credited for turning Nine into the nation's number one channel.
