ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decline in the stock price of ITV Corp. to 97 pounds as of July 17, 2006 in London, England. The decline in price was caused by the reports that September advertising projections could be down by arounf 12 percent. On July 9, 2006, ITV1 ratings dropped below 10 percent. Analysts cited that the growth of multichannel television and search technology are the major threats to ITV's business model.
