This article reports on the state of the Australian entertainment industry. The television program, Nightmares & Dreamscapes: From the Stories of Stephen King, and the motion picture, Superman Returns, were shot in Australia. The total budget spent on the production of Nightmares & Dreamscapes is disclosed. U.S. film producers can save $200,000 to $400,000 by choosing Australia as film location.
