ABSTRACT
The article reports on the order of the European Union court for Sony Music Corp. and Bertelsmann Music Group Inc. to rework their merger. The court ruling overrides the approval of the European Commission of the said merger. Specifically, the court wants the commission to reconsider the partnership and the merged company to submit a merger plan. The merged company is confident that the ruling will not affect its operations.
