ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the development of a psychologically healthy workplace in companies. Information on companies recognized by the American Psychological Association for having a health workplace is provided. George Graham, an organizational psychologist and member of the Versant Board of Advisors, made a statement about the issue. The Comporium Group discovered a way to develop satisfaction at work among its employees.
