ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the changes made by Teachers' Retirement System of the City of New York to the Tactical Asset Allocation Sector which resulted to the replacement of at least one manager. Convertible bond managers Advent Capital Management, Lord, Abbet & Co. and Zazove Associates replaced Barclays Global Investors, after the latter announced its plan to stop managing assets in the sector. Each of the three new bond managers will have a target allocation of 1%.
