The article focuses on the U.S. Supreme Court affirmation regarding the deportation order under Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA) in the U.S. Immigration law provides that the Immigration & Naturalization Service may recreate an order for removing an alien unlawfully.
