ABSTRACT
This article offers update on the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards being given by the American Psychological Association. One of the recipients was the Associated Regional & University Pathologists Laboratories in Salt Lake City, Utah. The features of the ARUP workplaces are described. The factors considered by the organization in selecting the awardees include employee involvement, health and safety, employee growth and development, work-life balance and employee recognition.
