The article reports that Montana State Board of Regents of Higher Education planned to sell its facilities revenue bonds on July 19, 2006. The revenue covers the debt from student body fees, housing payments, land grant income and bookstore proceeds. Moody's Investors Service inc. rated the facities with A1 and an A from Standard & Poor's Corp. with a positive outlook.
