ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decrease of The Bond Buyer's weekly yield indexes in mixed trading in the U.S. from July 3 to July 7, 2006. The decrease was caused by the a trading session that was sandwiched between the weekend and the July 4 holiday. However, tax-exempts has weakened by three or four basis points following the treasury losses after the holiday.
