The article reports that the Council of Mortgage Lenders in Scotland has urged the Scottish Executive to make an effort to ensure that the planned introduction of the single survey and purchaser's information pack does not disrupt the housing market. Chairman Norrie Henderson has warned that it is important that the date for the introduction of the reform needs careful consideration to avoid disruption.
