ABSTRACT
The article reports that singer John Lee Hooker, Jr. has recorded and mixed his album "Cold As Ice" at Pajama Recording Studios in Oakland, California. Pajama owner Jim Gardiner engineered the sessions, while keyboardist/producer Will Griffin and Hooker, Jr. co-produced. Gardiner used the studio's Otari Series 54 console with API EQs.
