ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the Mexican television producer Grupo Televisa SA to sell its shares in Univision Inc. Televisa wanted to sell its shares to nullify its 1996 agreement with Univision and conduct business with other television networks. Univision reportedly expected the selloff, following the two company's dispute over digital rights to shows.
