The article reports on the corporate takeover of First Entertainment Inc. from the Germany-based media group Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) to be made by Bavaria Film GmBH. Previously, Bavaria held a 49 percent stake in First Entertainment. WDR will have an office in Cologne, Germany, however, it will relocate its headquarters to the Bavaria Film in Munich.
