The article reports that England-based ITV1 has purchased the rights of the J. J. Abrams-directed television program "Six Degrees." The purchase is believed to be the first U.S.-produced television series for the company's primetime slot in 9 years. The series will be aired not only on ITV1, but also on ITV2 following an exclusive deal with Buena Vista International Television.
