ABSTRACT
The article reports on an agreement between Naturol Bioenergy and De Smet Ballestra for the construction of a biodiesel plant in Kakinada, India. De Smet Ballestra will aid in biodiesel process engineering and innovative solutions. Naturol has achieved financial closure with several banks providing loans. The plant will be encouraging the farming community to grow jatropha.
