The article provides information on condenser systems. Industrial applications of condensers include condensing the turbine exhaust steam or preheat the feedwater with condensing steam bled from the turbine of power plants. Desuperheating and subcooling may also take place in a condenser aside from condensation. One important feature of a condenser is its ability to provide a vent for the removal of noncondensable gases.
