ABSTRACT
The article reports on the business strategy employed by the nonprofit Libertarian publisher Cato Institute to boost revenue. The publisher has found its berth by taking advantage on books with recent news topics including white collar crime, health care financing and eminent domain rights. Robert Garber, marketing director, stressed that their coverage generated eight hundred thousand dollars in revenue from book sales in 2005.
