The article provides information on the small holdings launched by North Yorkshire, England-based real estate agent Robin Jessop in 2006. Local farmer David Jones bought High House Farm at West Harlsey, near Northallerton, via agent Jessop in 2004 but decided to sell the four-bed stone house and 14 acres in 2006.
