Local farmer David Jones bought High House Farm at West Harlsey, near Northallerton, via agent Jessop in 2004 but decided to sell the four-bed stone house and 14 acres in 2006. Jessop will also be selling a 22-acre Woodhouse Farm at Easby, Great Ayton in England.
