ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the launch of a recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin price report covering the European market by ICIS. Launched in response to increasing demand, the new report offers accurate weekly price assessments for recycled bottles, flakes and pellets. Recycled PET in Europe is a growing sector. In 2004, 665,000 tonne of PET bottles were collected, representing an 8.5% increase over 2003.
