The article reports that Reliance Industries is considering participating in Pequiven's proposed olefins and aromatics project in Paraguaná , Falcó n, northern Venezuela. The companies are discussing a memorandum of understanding which could lead to a joint venture, according to Pequiven's planning and new business manager Freddy Salas.
