The article discusses the operation of the newly introduced Partition Inserters or Wayne inserters of Wayne Automation Corp. of Norristown, Pennsylvania. Wayne inserters operates through its robust innovative design using servomotors that connects to CD couplings of Zero Max Inc. that dampens shock and vibration from the inserter's vertical reciprocating and intermittent motion that maintains insertion accuracy cycle after cycle. The CD couplings have helped improved the systems performance.
