ABSTRACT
The article discusses two vendor management tools for financial institutions. Such tools include the online compliance program from Cybertrust Inc. and the off-the-shelf vendor management product from Archer Technologies. Cybertrust's online compliance program can be mapped to existing standards. On the other hand, Archer's tool allows vendor relationship managers to create vendor records and define relationships.
