ABSTRACT
The article reports on the issues concerning the merger of two rural Arkansas school districts. According to reports the merger is the subject of a new law suit filed by parents and students in the Elaine School District. The lawsuit seeks to stop the merger of the two districts. It was believed that the merger would provide $3 million worth of general obligation bonds.
